Intech P/M Stainless has complete capabilities needed to provide components to the most stringent customer specifications. Multi-level, multi-action presses, ranging from 5 to 200 tons, are capable of pressing powdered metal parts up to 5 square inches of top surface area. Sintering is conducted in a controlled atmosphere high temperature continuous belt or vacuum furnace. Secondary machining and finishing operations, as well as laboratory facilities, are also available for in-house control and quality assurance.

Intech’s SUPRX™ and CITRX™ grades take corrosion resistance, mechanical and physical properties, machinability and weldability to a new level of unmatched superiority.

CITRX (Intech's modified SS316L chemistry) is placed into the new “Superstainless” category where it exhibits exceptional resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion from the chloride ion.

SUPRX (Intech’s SS317) utilizes proprietary, patented processing to produce a “fully-dense” product with exceptional resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion from the chloride ion, plus above average weld and machinability.

Intech also produces AISI conforming grades: SS303, SS304L, SS316L, SS410, SS430, SS434, 17-4PH, Hastelloy, Monel 400 and Inconel. Intech will also process specialty materials ie: Soft-Magnetic Grades, Superalloys and other standard powdered metal engineering grades.
