From inception of the order, this commitment is carried through every aspect of engineering, production, and finishing operations. Continuous monitoring of every order throughout processing assures premier quality to exacting customer specifications.

Intech proudly points to a quality history that places it far above its competitors. Case in point, Intech has supplied over one million powdered metal parts to one customer for nearly twenty years without a reject for corrosion.

The company operates according to its normal set of QA standards including compliance with ISO 9001:2000, Mil 105-E, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1, ASME Y 14.5M 1944, ABC Std 105. Other customer requirements can be included and/or substituted in advance of order placement. By encouraging customer pre-quote dialogue, Intech prevents later difficulties.

- Impossible or very costly tolerances are adressed with possible adjustments
or modifications
- Cooperatively specified gauging systems
- Critical features and AQL’s identified
